About The Position

Chrome Hearts is seeking an experienced Screen Print Lead to oversee daily screen-printing operations and lead a team in the screen-printing department. The role requires hands-on experience with screen registration, flocking, high-density printing, and other specialty techniques, while maintaining print quality and production deadlines.

The Screen Print Lead coordinates production schedules, operates and troubleshoots equipment as needed, trains employees, monitors workflow and materials, and works with other departments to meet production needs. The role also involves maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in screen printing, preferably in a lead role.
• Ability to register screens and properly align prints.
• Hands-on experience with flocking, high-density printing, and specialty print techniques.
• Experience leading a production team.
• Strong understanding of screen-printing processes, inks, screens, and equipment.
• Ability to identify print defects and maintain quality standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
