Join us and be part of our success! This role is for the 1st Shift in the Debone Plant, Department 409. The shift time is from 4:55 pm to End of Shift, with a pay rate of $16.25 per hour. The position requires the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
Requirements
- Must regularly lift and /or move up to 70 pounds
- No prior experience or training.
- Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
- Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
- Ability to count.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch, or crawl.
- Must regularly lift and /or move up to 70 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and depth perception.
Responsibilities
- Performs various, unskilled production labor duties at any/all Foods locations as assigned by Supervisor.
- Works at assigned workstation or other work stations with equivalent job requirements as production needs require and as assigned by supervisor.
- Fills in for other production employees with lesser or equivalent job requirements due to absences, vacations, production needs, etc.
