About The Position

The Supply Chain Planning Supervisor will lead end-to-end supply chain planning activities, including demand, supply, and inventory planning, as well as performance tracking and ERP/system optimization, and will report directly to the SCM Planning Team Manager. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a structured and process-driven approach, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
• Working experience of relevant software (e.g., SAP WMS)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Attention to detail
• A strategic and analytical mind
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of SCM, Logistics, Purchasing experience
• Must have a deep knowledge of SCM or Logistics with a proven track record of managing inventory and trucking or warehouse
• Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Must be proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must thrive in a team environment, but be able to take initiative and work independently.
• Must be bilingual in Korean and English

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning activities, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management
• Develop and execute planning strategies that balance service levels, cost, and operational efficiency
• Facilitate and manage the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process across cross-functional teams
• Analyze capacity utilization and identify bottlenecks or risks in the supply chain
• Track key supply chain KPIs such as logistics cost, inventory days, returns, disposal, and stockouts
• Support ERP and supply chain system optimization initiatives
