About The Position

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain governance and process excellence across the North America region, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and standards. You will manage process ownership, documentation, and standardization while maintaining data integrity and performance visibility through KPIs and dashboards. The work involves leading process harmonization, supporting system adoption, enabling digital transformation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions. You will address challenges related to process inconsistency, data quality, and performance gaps by implementing governance structures, conducting audits, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Your contribution supports the delivery of consistent, high-quality supply chain operations, enabling reliability, efficiency, and innovation in the broader power grid ecosystem through improved data transparency, standardized processes, and system alignment.

Requirements

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience across core supply chain operations, including Procurement, Logistics, or Demand Planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related analytical field preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Process Excellence, or Operations within a multi-regional environment
  • Proven experience in process governance, standardization, and documentation
  • Experience with ERP systems, with SAP preferred
  • Experience with master data governance, KPI frameworks, and dashboarding tools
  • Knowledge of process mapping tools such as Adonis, Signavio, or ARIS

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain end-to-end supply chain processes aligned with global standards
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, policies, and process documentation
  • Lead process modeling, documentation, and training to support standardized workflows
  • Drive harmonization of supply chain processes across sites and business units
  • Oversee master data governance and improve data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
  • Define and monitor KPIs and dashboards to provide performance visibility and reporting
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities based on performance gaps
  • Act as the interface between supply chain and business systems to support system adoption and enhancements
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
