About The Position

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain governance and process excellence across the North America region, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and standards. You will manage process ownership, documentation, and standardization while maintaining data integrity and performance visibility through KPIs and dashboards. The work involves leading process harmonization, supporting system adoption, enabling digital transformation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions. You will address challenges related to process inconsistency, data quality, and performance gaps by implementing governance structures, conducting audits, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Your contribution supports the delivery of consistent, high-quality supply chain operations, enabling reliability, efficiency, and innovation in the broader power grid ecosystem through improved data transparency, standardized processes, and system alignment.

Requirements

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • 5-10 years (Leadership position) / 5+ years (Specialist) in Supply Chain, Process Excellence, or Operations
  • Proven experience in process governance and standardization
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
  • Strong background in master data governance and performance management
  • Exposure to global or multi-regional environments

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
  • Define data ownership, maintenance processes, and controls.
  • Monitor and improve data quality through KPIs and governance routines.
  • Partner with Business IS to ensure proper data structures and system alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
