The Scientist –Analytical Chemistry & Media Characterization will be responsible for leading projects focused on the development, validation, and execution of analytical methods supporting the chemical, structural, and performance characterization of filtration media and integrated filtration, purification, and separation devices or systems for microelectronics, Food & Beverage, and energy+ applications. This role will focus on analytical methods for trace-level detection of metals and organics at ppb and ppt levels, as well as media characterization, including chemistry, structure, surface properties, porosity, and related material-performance and cleanliness attributes. The Scientist is expected to work independently within established processes, follow best laboratory safety practices, and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary projects. This position reports to the Director of the Materials and Products Characterization (MPC) group within the R&D organization. This is an on-site role located in Port Washington, New York, USA.
