Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science (Biology, Chemistry)
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving skills and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Strong agility in learning new operational systems
  • Essential computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Distribute received stability samples from the drop-off zone to the corresponding units
  • Organize and maintain active test samples, long term samples and retains
  • Dispose samples from terminated studies, properly maintain stability units
  • Conduct and document equipment calibration and maintenance of laboratory
  • Conduct stability testing on Laundry & Home Care and Body Care products
  • Ensure tests are completed on time throughout the duration of studies
  • Load/unload the ASTRO robot with due samples
  • Run daily measurements of samples including pH, viscosity, color/sediment assessment utilizing the ASTRO robot and various benchtop devices
  • Daily transfer of stability data from Henkel internal systems to stability robot and vice versa
  • Identify issues as they arise and quickly inform key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with development scientists to ensure measurements are properly selected and designed
