We offer an opportunity for you to learn and grow while making significant contributions to the company's success. This on-site role is within the Immuno-Oncology Research and Development group. We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist with a strong experimental background in cellular and molecular biology, immunology, and assay development. The successful candidate will support discovery-stage programs through execution of in vitro experiments, immune cell-based assays, sample preparation, and advanced imaging workflows. The ideal candidate will have a PhD and hands-on laboratory experience in immunology, cell biology, or a related discipline, with an interest in learning and applying microscopy-based approaches to support therapeutic antibody discovery and characterization.

Requirements

  • PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays
  • Working knowledge of immunology and immune cell biology
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and experimental techniques quickly
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to research
  • Possess the right attitude (agile, curious, positive, open-minded, “can-do” mindset), and have the ability and strong desire to “make things happen”

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with fluorescence microscopy, image analysis, or sample preparation for imaging applications is highly desirable
  • Experience with flow cytometry, immune phenotyping, or functional immune assays preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and analyze cellular and immunological assays supporting antibody and multi-specific therapeutic programs
  • Perform mammalian cell culture, immune cell isolation, immune phenotyping, and functional characterization assays
  • Support sample preparation and execution of microscopy-based experiments, including fluorescence imaging and other advanced imaging platforms
  • Assist in development, optimization, and troubleshooting of in vitro assays for therapeutic molecule evaluation
  • Generate, analyze, and interpret experimental data using appropriate statistical and visualization tools
  • Present findings at internal team meetings and contribute to scientific discussions
  • Maintain detailed laboratory records and prepare written summaries of experimental results
  • Collaborate closely with scientists across immunology, protein engineering, bioassays, and computational biology teams
  • Contribute to establishment of new experimental methods and workflows as programs evolve
  • Other duties as assigned
