Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in lab sciences such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Immunology, Chemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology or similar
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2-4 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • The candidate must possess strong written, oral, and collaborative skills to effectively communicate experimental procedures and results.

Nice To Haves

  • Sound scientific understanding of ELISA technology to effectively interpret and troubleshoot is desirable.
  • GLP experience, GMP experience is a plus.
  • Validation experience.
  • Experiences in electronic lab notebooks and data management tools is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge in related functional areas, such as cell culture and protein purification are a plus.
  • Demonstrated record of independent thinking, creativity, and scientific accomplishments.

Responsibilities

  • Sample preparation involving consistent pipetting and attention to detail
  • Performance of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) to monitor impurities and to assess antigen binding.
  • Performance of basic data acquisition and statistical analysis with clear and concise documentation in electronic lab notebooks.
  • Reporting experimental results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to help inform project decisions
