The mission of DMPK is to enable efficient and successful drug discovery and development of siRNA and other therapeutic candidates by characterizing and interpreting ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion) and PK/PD (pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics) relationships through quantitative pharmacology and modeling, consequently guiding candidate selection, human dose projection, and successful regulatory filings and interactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative pharmacology, PK/PD modeling, and pharmacokinetic data analysis, a solid understanding of ADME and drug disposition, and exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to successfully collaborate with multiple project teams in a matrixed and fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant team and interact with highly motivated scientists across a broad array of disciplinary expertise areas. This position is onsite and will be primarily located in Cambridge, MA.
