  • Master’s (Preferred PhD) in relevant scientific field i.e., immunology, molecular biology and cell biology
  • 4-6+ years of relevant experience in assay(s) development or QC/cGMP experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in potency assay development and execution.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis tools such as JMP, SAS, or equivalent.
  • Strong technical writing and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey project status, roadblocks, and needs to peers, management, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves technical and method-related challenges of moderate to high complexity through systematic troubleshooting and sound scientific judgment.
  • Makes timely, tactical, data-driven decisions with little to no direction from senior team members, including assay optimization for robustness, throughput, and reproducibility, identifying new solutions or developing procedures where none exist.
  • Performs data verification, data review, and documentation reviews across multiple methods and/or products.
  • Authors, reviews, and revises technical documents such as SOPs, development reports, method validation reports.
  • Serves as subject matter expert (SME) supporting method transfer, validation, and routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
  • Cross-trained on multiple complex analytical methods and/or products.
  • Owns project, deviation/investigation and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and evaluates innovative technologies, approaches, and workflows that enhance analytical capability, efficiency, and data quality.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves technical challenges, identifies solutions and contributes to the development of new approaches where no established procedure exists with minimal supervision.
  • Serves as a technical point of contact or SME. May represent the team in internal and external meetings clearly communicating recommendations, risks, and results
