Scientist 3, Translational Oncology & Flow Cytometry
About The Position
Generate high-quality, reproducible data to advance exploratory oncology targets into clinical development. Design, execute, and analyze complex flow cytometry experiments, serving as a key technical resource for the team. Build, optimize, and troubleshoot large multicolor flow cytometry panels for deep immunophenotyping. Perform meticulous, high-precision analysis on challenging samples, with a focus on low cell count analysis. Perform routine cell culture using both primary cells and established cell lines. Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse project teams to share insights, present data, and support strategic decision-making. Thrive within an open, collaborative team environment that values technical excellence, adaptability, and scientific rigor.
Requirements
- PhD in Immunology, Oncology, or a closely related scientific discipline
- Proven expertise in advanced flow cytometry, including building large multicolor panels and analyzing low-input samples.
- Solid scientific foundation in immunology
- Hands-on experience with primary cell and cell line cultures.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Adaptability to pivot as project priorities evolve.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Engaged, collaborative team player.
