  • B.S, M.S or Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, or a related field.
  • Typically 0–3+ years (Ph D degree) 5+ years (B.S./M.S degree) of relevant postdoctoral training and/or industry experience.
  • Strong foundation in T cell immunology, cellular immunology, and/or cancer immunology.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute experiments independently and analyze complex datasets.
  • Track record of independent research to conceive ideas, develop studies and derive conclusions as demonstrated by high profile publications.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with human and/or mouse T cells.
  • Experience with advanced genome editing technologies (CRISPR, RNAi etc.) and applications for T cell engineering (e.g., CAR-T or related technologies).
  • Experience with in vivo models such as syngeneic or humanized mouse models.
  • Experience with immune profiling techniques (e.g., flow cytometry, molecular profiling).

Responsibilities

  • Design and perform in vitro and in vivo experiments to investigate T cell function and anti-tumor activity.
  • Generate, analyze, and interpret data to support target validation and therapeutic hypothesis testing.
  • Apply a range of cellular, molecular, and immunological techniques to advance research programs.
  • Contribute to the progression of Synthetic Immunity programs by delivering high-quality, reproducible data.
  • Participate in experimental planning and provide scientific input to project strategy discussions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of experimental work and ensure data integrity.
  • Work closely with the Lab Head and cross-functional teams across Research, Translational Medicine, and Drug Development.
  • Present data at internal meetings and contribute to external publications and scientific conferences.
