About The Position

This role is responsible for routine instrument quality control, setup, and maintenance, as well as operating a broad range of conventional, spectral, and imaging flow cytometry analyzers and cell sorters. Responsibilities include user training, follow-up guidance, experimental consultation, panel design, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and data. Additionally, on a rotating basis, the role supports multiplex immunoassay services, involving assay preparation, performing assays, data analysis, instrument troubleshooting and maintenance, inventory management, and user communications. Assays are performed using semi-automated workflows integrating liquid-handling systems with Luminex xMAP technology-based multiplex immunoassay platforms. This is a technically focused role requiring an understanding of scientific concepts and their applications. The position is fully onsite in South San Francisco.
