About The Position

This is a junior-level position designed for a recent PhD scientist looking to transition from the bench into a dedicated scientific writing career. In this role, you will work closely with our R&D team to transform biological data & results into high-quality regulatory documents, congress abstracts, scientific presentations & peer-reviewed manuscripts.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Immunology, or a closely related life sciences discipline.
  • Proven track record of academic publication during PhD is required.
  • Technical ability to easily interpret complex data: RNAseq, flow cytometry, qPCR, pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) profiles, and in vivo efficacy models.
  • Proficiency with reference management software (e.g., EndNote, Zotero), data graphing tools (e.g., GraphPad Prism), and standard Microsoft Office tools.
  • Exceptional written English communication, strong attention to detail regarding data accuracy, and the ability to accept constructive feedback during peer review.

Responsibilities

  • Author, edit, and format scientific documents for submission to regulatory authorities, conferences and peer-reviewed scientific journals.
  • Review raw experimental data, statistical outputs and figures provided by internal scientists and external collaborators to build cohesive, rigorous scientific narratives.
  • Draft, edit, and coordinate the submission of scientific abstracts, poster presentations, and slide decks for major international scientific conferences.
  • Partner with investigators, bench scientists, biostatisticians, and external academic collaborators to gather content and manage the internal review process.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive therapeutic landscape by conducting targeted literature reviews to contextualize our internal R&D findings.
  • Accountable for managing publication timelines from initial draft outline through journal peer review, revisions, and final publication.
