About The Position

Parsons is seeking current personnel supporting critical operations at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL, for a recent contract award. This role involves continuing impactful work without interruption, focusing on the C-UAS vision to lead, plan, coordinate, and synchronize the requirements allocation, development, testing, and fielding of integrated advanced sensors, effectors, and mission command component systems to detect and defeat Group 1, 2, and 3 UASs. The position supports multiple functional areas including requirements development, research, development, and testing of component and system-of-systems solutions, production contracting and oversight, fielding to US and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) forces, and sustainment of fielded equipment. This is part of the Federal Solutions team, delivering resources to US government customers for missions around the globe in defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental areas.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Continue in a position similar to your current role.
Lead, plan, coordinate, and synchronize the requirements allocation, development, testing, and fielding of integrated advanced sensors, effectors, and mission command component systems to detect and defeat Group 1, 2, and 3 UASs.
Focus on program of record and rapid fielding using agile and flexible methods.
Support requirements development.
Conduct research, development, and testing of component and system-of-systems solutions.
Oversee production contracting.
Manage fielding to US and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) forces.
Ensure sustainment of fielded equipment.
