The American Heart Association Scientific Publishing team is looking for a part-time Scientific Journals Editorial Intern interested in developing experience in scientific journal publishing and peer review. The selected candidate will learn best practices for and contribute to journal editorial office workflow, coordinate projects to streamline the manuscript submission system, and manage documentation for Scientific Statements and Guidelines, as well as other tasks as identified. Individuals will obtain practical experience and receive hands-on training in scientific publishing. In this position, you will work closely with the scientific publishing team to support the overall management of the American Heart Association journals.
