About The Position

This position is a 1.0 FTE located at Wakefield for SY27. The role requires a teacher who is flexible, dependable, and highly organized, with an understanding of the middle school child. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, able to work cohesively with others, and possess excellent interpersonal and strong classroom management skills.

Requirements

• Experience teaching middle school students.
• Successful teaching experience and curricular knowledge.
• Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure.
• Science endorsement.

Nice To Haves

• Dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education, or in any other content area, is preferred but not required.
