School Van Driver in Manheim, PA. Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Clean five-year driving record
• Successfully complete required background checks and drug testing.
• Has a working smartphone

Nice To Haves

• Prior professional driving experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Drive a company van to transport students to and from school safely.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while keeping student safety your top priority.
• Complete basic vehicle checks and report any issues or concerns.
• Communicate positively and professionally with students, parents, school staff, and the BlueCap team.
• Assist students during pick-up and drop-off when needed.
• Maintain accurate trip records, including mileage and the number of students transported.

Benefits

• Pay: $19/hour
• Monthly safety and attendance bonus
• Split Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 6:00-8:30 AM and 1:30-4:00 PM
