The School & Tour Programs Coordinator serves as the operational hub of ICP's Youth Programs team, coordinating school partnerships, guided tours, gallery visits, and residency programming while helping create engaging educational experiences for K-12 students, educators, higher education partners, community organizations, and public audiences. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Youth Programs and Museum Educator, this role oversees the scheduling, logistics, communications, and administrative coordination that support ICP's growing school and tour programs. The Coordinator also assists with developing educational resources, supporting gallery experiences, and strengthening relationships with school and community partners throughout New York City. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused, with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for arts education.
