Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot systems like Cyflex, Calterm, and Indicom, to help guarantee accurate and uninterrupted data flow for testing and analysis.
• Calibrate and verify sensors and instruments to ensure that engineering teams receive trustworthy data for decision-making.
• Directly enable critical testing procedures in and around test cells through mechanical tasks such as engine installation and removal.
• Configure and maintain test cell setups ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
• Track emissions and exhaust data essential for regulatory and performance evaluations using operating systems such as AVL, Horiba and FTIR.
• Use PM measurement tools and fluid flow meters, to assess engine efficiency and environmental impact.
• Support engineering teams in validating designs and improving product performance with accurate data collection and delivery.
• Work closely with engineers and help align testing activities with development timelines, contributing to successful project outcomes.
