About The Position

We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive elementary school team for the remainder of the current academic year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives by strengthening the communication skills that support learning, confidence, and social development. There is also potential for contract renewal into the 2026–2027 school year based on performance and district needs. At Clarifi Staffing Solutions, we recognize the powerful role communication plays in student success. Our team is committed to connecting talented professionals with schools where their expertise can create lasting impact for students, families, and educational communities. In this role, the Speech-Language Pathologist will provide direct speech and language therapy services to an elementary caseload. The position is therapy-focused and does not include evaluation or assessment responsibilities, allowing the clinician to concentrate fully on delivering effective interventions and supporting student progress. The SLP will develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), track student progress through ongoing data collection, and maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting. Working collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and families, you will help ensure students receive the consistent support they need to strengthen communication skills and participate fully in the classroom environment.
