About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists and welcoming Clinical Fellows (CFs) to provide assessment, intervention, and collaborative special education services for the 2026–2027 school year in the Elkton, MD area. This role involves conducting speech-language screenings, assessments, therapy, and documentation for students ages 3–21 in accordance with IEPs. The position requires collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized student goals, as well as maintaining accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and district requirements. Services will be provided across assigned school sites, supporting students in a variety of educational settings.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility to begin a Clinical Fellowship in Maryland
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and ability to complete required background screening
