About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and qualified Clinical Fellows (CFs) for full-time and part-time opportunities to support students in the Naples and Immokalee, FL areas this upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This role involves providing high-quality, in-person speech-language therapy services to a diverse student caseload spanning K-12 grade levels. The primary goal is to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to support students' academic success and functional communication. Collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs is a key aspect of the position.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or a qualified Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
  • Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology License (DOH/DOE)
  • Ability to provide strictly in-person services and adapt to standard school-day schedules across various educational levels
