About The Position
The School Social Worker will work as an interdisciplinary member of the Educational Support Services team, collaborating with other school personnel. The role involves utilizing professional social work skills to support students, their families, and faculty. The primary goal is to enhance students' self-esteem, social-emotional adjustment, interpersonal skills, and their ability to succeed academically through prevention and intervention programs. This position also provides linkage, coordination, and case management services, connecting students and families with collaborative agency and community resources.
