About The Position

AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time School Social Worker in Aurora, Colorado, for the 2026–2027 school year. This role involves supporting students across early childhood through 8th grade at two school locations. The position offers variety, collaboration, and consistent clinical support from AnthroMed Education, which is dedicated to supporting school-based professionals. The role includes regular caseload support, mentorship, bi-weekly team meetings, access to a materials database and stipend, and reimbursement for licensure and continuing education.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work
Eligible for or holding a Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License with a School Social Worker endorsement
Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice

Responsibilities

Collaborate with school teams to support students’ social-emotional, behavioral, and school-based mental health needs
Support students across early childhood through 8th grade
Split role between two school locations: 0.5 FTE supporting a Preschool–8th grade setting and 0.5 FTE supporting an early childhood/preschool setting
