The primary goal is to improve the success of students with disabilities in school through service and consultation with students, teachers, parents, administrators, and community agencies. This role involves providing a range of services to students as identified via the IEP process, consulting and supporting families and school personnel, and serving as a liaison to coordinate efforts between school, home, community agencies, and other service providers. The position requires performing comprehensive special education evaluations, documenting and evaluating services regularly, and adhering to district policies and procedures.
