About The Position
Tryfacta is seeking a School Social Worker for a 13-week contract assignment in a school setting in Thornton, Colorado. The role provides social-emotional support, counseling, and care coordination services to students. The Social Worker collaborates with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to address behavioral, emotional, and social needs and to support student safety, well-being, and educational success.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related qualification as required.
- Appropriate Colorado licensure or certification for school social work.
- Strong communication, assessment, counseling, and care coordination skills.

Responsibilities
- Assess students’ social, emotional, behavioral, and environmental needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling and supportive services.
- Develop and implement appropriate intervention and support plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Assist with crisis intervention, behavioral support, and resource coordination.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with applicable requirements.
