Position Overview The School Social Worker supports the social, emotional, and psychological well-being of high school students to ensure they can fully engage in their academic experience. This role provides counseling, intervention, and family support services while collaborating with educators and administrators to address barriers to student success. The Social Worker develops individualized support plans, delivers counseling services, monitors student progress, and ensures compliance with services mandated by Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). This role also partners with families and community organizations to connect students with the resources needed to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
