Masters Academy International (MAI) is New England’s only school that intentionally integrates elite athletics with rigorous academics to prepare future leaders who excel in sport, scholarship, and life. Our academic program is built on precision, flexibility, and a deep commitment to student success within a complex, high-performance environment. At MAI, the integrity of academic systems matters. Scheduling, records, reporting, and data accuracy are not simply administrative tasks; they are foundational to the student experience, faculty effectiveness, college placement, compliance, and institutional credibility. MAI is seeking an experienced Registrar to serve as the central steward of academic scheduling, student records, and institutional data integrity. This highly specialized role blends project management, systems thinking, collaboration, and discretion to ensure the school’s academic operations run smoothly, accurately, and on time. Working both independently and in close partnership with divisional leadership, admissions, operations, and academic departments, the Registrar manages complex scheduling processes, maintains precise student records, and produces essential academic outputs including transcripts, report cards, and enrollment data. The ideal candidate brings exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage long-term projects with fixed deadlines in a dynamic school environment. This position is well suited to a professional who enjoys building and refining systems, values accountability, and understands the high stakes associated with academic data in a Tier 1 independent school.
