About The Position

Clarifi is excited to welcome a compassionate and motivated School Psychologist to our educational team for the current school year. This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting their emotional, social, and academic development within an engaging elementary school environment. As a vital part of the student services team, you’ll work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to remove barriers to learning and promote the mental well-being of every child. Through data-driven interventions, counseling, and consultation, you’ll help students gain confidence, strengthen coping skills, and reach their full potential.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or Educational Psychology
• Valid Illinois PEL with School Psychology endorsement
• State license as a School Psychologist
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and behavioral observations to assess student needs and guide effective intervention planning.
• Provide both individual and group counseling to help students navigate emotional, behavioral, and social challenges, fostering resilience and self-awareness.
• Partner with staff and families to design and implement strategies that enhance student growth and overall well-being.
• Contribute to cultivating a positive, inclusive school climate that supports student engagement.
• Focus on early intervention to identify and address issues that may impact academic success.
