About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a qualified School Psychologist to support students across an elementary school district. The role focuses on assessments, interventions, and collaboration to enhance academic and social-emotional outcomes in a structured, team-oriented environment. The position is for the 2026-2027 school year, lasting 42 weeks, with a schedule of Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The setting is an elementary school district serving approximately 4,650 students from Early Childhood through Grade 8, in a collaborative and student-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychology endorsement
  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong assessment and report-writing skills
  • Knowledge of RTI and special education regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
