About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for a leave coverage role in the Burnsville, MN area. This position is for the 2026-2027 school year, specifically covering a leave from August to November 2026. The role involves providing school psychology services within a school setting, conducting assessments, writing evaluation reports, developing and implementing IEP goals and therapy plans, participating in IEP meetings, and collaborating with school teams, teachers, and families. The goal is to support students and ensure carryover of skills, while maintaining timely documentation and monitoring student progress.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in School Psychology
• Active Minnesota School Psychologist License

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide school psychology services in the school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
