About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a 0.8 FTE School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Tempe, AZ area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work. We focus on support and mentorship so clinicians can do their best work. Requirements

• Master's Degree in School Psychology
• Active Arizona School Psychology Educator License
• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide school psychology services in the school setting
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
