About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Part-Time School Psychologist for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year in Bolingbrook, IL. This role is with a local, women, and therapist-founded company dedicated to reimagining the school-based experience. The position is in-person at Valley View School District 365U and involves student evaluations, IEP reporting, documentation, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent
• Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois with School Psychologist endorsement
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain one before start
• Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• NASP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations
• Prepare reports and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide progress monitoring
• Attend staff meetings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
