About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Psychologist for a school setting in Kingsland, GA. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by leading evaluations, supporting student wellness, and driving collaborative, student-centered solutions. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based psychologists and those transitioning into schools. The position supports student mental health, conducts evaluations, and collaborates with educators and families to promote academic and behavioral success. The caseload is within the Camden County School District.

Requirements

• Hold a Specialist’s Degree or higher in School Psychology
• Active or eligible Georgia state certification

• School-based experience preferred, not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Support student identification (MTSS, 504, Special Education)
• Conduct psycho-educational assessments
• Write and present clear evaluation reports
• Collaborate on interventions and student support plans
• Provide mental health and behavioral support
• Promote positive school-wide outcomes
• Consult with staff on evidence-based practices
• Partner with families and school teams
• Provide training/support to educators as needed
