This role involves performing psychological assessments, testing, and evaluations to determine student needs, completing clinical documentation, consulting with teachers and staff, ensuring ethical standards in evaluations, and participating in special education placement procedures and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
• Up-to-date clearances.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychological assessments, testing, and evaluations to determine student needs.
• Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Consult with teachers and other classroom staff as needed.
• Ensure all evaluations are completed according to relevant ethical and professional standards of care.
• Participates in all procedures to facilitate special education placement of students.
• Attends and contributes to all necessary meetings with stakeholder groups.
