About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking a School Psychologist to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success during the 2026–2027 school year. This role involves conducting comprehensive psychoeducational, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments, interpreting results, and preparing reports with recommendations for individualized educational planning. The psychologist will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams through IEP participation, consultation, and intervention support. Additionally, the role includes conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and providing staff training and parent education.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid Arizona School Psychologist Certification
  • Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Experience conducting educational evaluations, individual and group counseling, and supporting students in school-based settings
  • Knowledge of special education regulations and behavioral intervention practices

Responsibilities
