About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is seeking School Psychologists for the 2026-2027 school year to work with a local school district. This is a full-time, on-site position. The company aims to elevate the employment experience for those working in schools, offering support and mentorship, especially for those new to the practice area. Ampersand Therapy is a small, local company in Western WA, proudly women, minority, and therapist owned and run, founded by individuals with experience in school districts and as contractors who wanted to create a better alternative to large staffing companies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in School Psychologist or equivalent endorsement
- ESA Cert Required before starting
- In-person candidates only
