School Psychologist role for the 2026-2027 school year Greater Lansing, MI area In-person, full-time position. Hello School Psych's! Come work with a teacher and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Lansing, MI area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in School Psychology
• Active Michigan School Psychology License

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide school psychology services in the school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
