About The Position

Sky Ranch Academy, located in Watkins, Colorado, is seeking a part-time School Psychologist to work 16 hours per week. Opened in the fall of 2023, the school serves students in grades K-10. Requirements

Must hold valid licensure for the state they are working in.
Colorado: School Psychologist Special Services license issued by the Colorado Department of Education.

Responsibilities

Administers and interprets a wide range of individualized standardized assessment instruments in all psychological domains.
Guides other staff in the administration of achievement tests.
Conducts effective psychological and psycho-educational diagnostic, prescriptive evaluations of children.
Completes interventions and instructional support to assist in developing academic skills.
Assists in writing and consults on implementing Individual Education Plans (IEP) goals.
Counsel students and parents, pointing them toward further resources when needed.
Collaborates with the special education team to design and implement intervention strategies and programs.
