About The Position

Join a collaborative educational team dedicated to helping students thrive! Cross Country Education is seeking a School Psychologist in Tempe, AZ, to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success during the 2026–2027 school year. This role involves conducting comprehensive psychoeducational, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments, interpreting results, and preparing reports with recommendations for individualized educational planning. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams through IEP participation, consultation, and support of student interventions. Additionally, the role includes conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and delivering staff training and parent education to promote positive student outcomes.

Requirements

Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field
Valid Arizona School Psychologist Certification
Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Experience conducting educational evaluations, individual and group counseling, and supporting students in school-based settings
Knowledge of special education regulations and behavioral intervention practices

Responsibilities
