About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a motivated and student-focused School Psychologist to support a Washington State school district for the remainder of the current academic year. This full-time, school-based opportunity offers the chance to work with a diverse student population while making a meaningful impact on academic success, emotional well-being, and overall student development. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychological services across multiple grade levels, supporting both general education students and those with 504 plans. You will play a key role in identifying learning barriers, addressing behavioral and social-emotional needs, and helping to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment. As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will conduct psychoeducational assessments, analyze and interpret data, and assist in determining eligibility and appropriate interventions. You will work closely with teachers, administrators, counselors, and families to design and implement effective, research-based strategies that support student growth. Regular participation in IEP and 504 meetings will allow you to provide valuable insight and contribute to informed, student-centered decision-making. Additional responsibilities include consultation with staff, monitoring student progress, and supporting intervention planning while ensuring all services align with district expectations and state and federal compliance standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a School Psychologist who is passionate about supporting students and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
