About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist for the rest of the 2025–2026 school year in Olympia, Washington. We are a local, women- and therapist-operated company on a mission to improve the school-based employment experience for professionals like you. If you’re looking to work with a supportive local district and a values-driven agency, we’d love to hear from you! This is a full-time, in-person position for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year, starting as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent
• Valid Washington ESA Certification (required before start)

Nice To Haves

• NASP membership a plus
• School-based experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct student evaluations
• Write comprehensive IEP reports
• Attend IEP and staff meetings
• Provide progress monitoring and documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and special education teams
• Other duties as assigned by district team
