Requirements

Master's degree in School Psychology or related field
Active Texas LSSP licensure
Demonstrated experience in psychological assessment of children and adolescents (0–18)
Skilled with standardized test instruments, diagnostic software, and special education management platforms
Strong, defensible report writing
Reliable, professional communication (we collaborate via Slack, email, and Zoom)
Comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Background check clearing you to work in public school settings

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
Some travel to campus sites within your service area
Light lifting and transport of test materials

Responsibilities

Conduct FIEs and REEDs for students (ages 0–18) referred for special education evaluation
Contribute evaluation findings to the development of IEPs
Consult with teachers, parents, and community agencies on intervention strategies
Attend ARD committee meetings to support appropriate placement decisions
Produce accurate, timely evaluation reports meeting district and state requirements
Track and submit billable hours through QuickBooks
