About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join the Buckeye, AZ community for the 2026–2027 school year. This role focuses on championing student wellness in elementary schools, ensuring every student has access to specialized care and support to thrive. The School Psychologist will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, provide expertise to the Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team (MET) for eligibility and programming decisions, and assist in identifying and implementing strategies for individual student support, classroom-wide techniques, and school-wide crisis response. Collaboration with district administration, staff, and families is key to fostering a supportive environment for student growth. The position also involves providing individual and group counseling services to address social, emotional, and behavioral barriers to learning.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in School Psychology
  • Active Arizona School Psychologist Certification
  • Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Experience in psychological assessment and counseling, preferably in a school-based or pediatric setting
