About The Position

For the 2026–2027 school year, we are seeking a Principal to lead our Preschool through 8th grade program. This leader is responsible for shaping and advancing a high-quality educational experience grounded in Christian principles, while cultivating a unified, thriving school culture and strong, mission-aligned community partnerships. Serves as a Christ-centered, visionary leader responsible leading execution of the Board-defined strategic direction while serving as a key advisor in shaping long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission and foundation. Provides transformational leadership that engages, inspires, and mobilizes faculty, staff, and the broader school community to drive shared ownership, sustained growth and measurable impact. Operates as a highly influential leader who inspires trust and commitment while advancing enrollment, financial performance, and development strategy to ensure long-term sustainability and expansion of the school’s reach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Meet requirements to obtain and maintain ACSI certification within established timelines.

  • Exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Foster collaboration and proactive engagement with staff and families.
  • Ensure the financial health and long-term viability of the school, including budgeting, resource allocation, and long-term financial stewardship.
  • Drive enrollment strategy and performance, cultivating and sustaining strong enrollment of mission-aligned families.
  • Advance fundraising and development efforts, executing strategies that strengthen the school’s long-term financial strength and expand its impact.
  • Oversee curriculum, instructional practices, and student development to ensure academic excellence and alignment with a Christian worldview.
  • Provide disciplined operational leadership, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent execution of school priorities and performance outcomes.
  • Oversee staff supervision, student discipline, and compliance with applicable educational standards.
  • Ensure a safe, supportive environment that promotes students’ spiritual, academic, and personal growth.
  • Oversee programs and activities and rigorous implementation of safety protocols and emergency preparedness procedures.
  • Serve as a visible and engaged leader within the school community.
  • Actively mobilize parents, volunteers, and stakeholders to strengthen connection, engagement, and shared ownership of the school’s success.
  • Shape and lead chapel, devotional, and spiritual life experiences that actively cultivate students’ faith and strengthen a vibrant, Christ-centered school culture.
