About The Position

Become a School Photographer with JostensPIX – Seasonal Position Starting July 14, 2026. This role is ideal for photography enthusiasts or those curious to learn, offering a chance to capture life's best moments. JostensPIX is a fast-growing, fun-loving team looking for seasonal School Photographers. No experience is required; candidates need a positive energy, a reliable vehicle, and enthusiasm for making children smile. The role involves capturing genuine smiles and school memories, traveling to local schools using a personal vehicle, and transporting, setting up, and taking down photography equipment. Photographers will use photo software to organize images and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Occasional overnight stays may be required, with hotel and per diem covered.

Requirements

• Must reside in Shoreview, MN area
• High school diploma or GED (must be 18+)
• A reliable, insured vehicle and valid U.S. driver’s license (use of public transportation is not permitted)
• Willingness to start early (driving start times as early as 4 AM!) and occasional extended hours when travel is involved.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. of camera equipment
• Ability to store camera equipment in home when not in use
• A cheerful, friendly personality – especially around kids
• Comfortable working in a school environment with children of all ages and abilities
• Strong communication, customer service, and tech skills
• Comfort working independently for smaller events after training
• Comfortable working with computers / cameras and ability to learn new programs
• Grooming and professional appearance that reflects Jostens’ standards
• Reliable cell phone and internet access
• May be required to complete additional background/health screenings as determined by state specific policies.
