About The Position

Become a School Photographer with JostensPIX – Seasonal Position Starting July 14, 2026. This role requires you to reside in Gallatin, TN or surrounding areas. JostensPIX is looking for seasonal School Photographers to join their fast-growing team. No experience is required, just a positive attitude, a reliable vehicle, and a passion for making children smile. The role involves capturing genuine smiles and school memories, traveling to local schools using a personal vehicle, and transporting, setting up, and taking down photography equipment. You will also use photo software to organize and manage images, gaining hands-on photography experience in a dynamic setting. Occasional overnight stays may be required, with hotel and per diem paid.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (must be 18+)
• A reliable, insured vehicle and valid U.S. driver’s license
• Willingness to start early (driving start times as early as 4 AM!) and occasional extended hours when travel is involved.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. of camera equipment
• Ability to store camera equipment in home when not in use
• A cheerful, friendly personality – especially around kids
• Comfortable working in a school environment with children of all ages and abilities
• Strong communication, customer service, and tech skills
• Comfort working independently for smaller events after training
• Comfortable working with computers / cameras and ability to learn new programs
• Grooming and professional appearance that reflects Jostens’ standards
• Reliable cell phone and internet access
• Must reside in Gallatin, TN or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Travel to schools, as scheduled, for photo day events
