About The Position

Become a School Photographer with JostensPIX – Seasonal Position Starting July 21, 2026. This role is ideal for photography enthusiasts or those curious to learn, offering a chance to capture life's best moments. JostensPIX is a fast-growing, fun-loving team seeking seasonal School Photographers. No experience is required; candidates need only bring positive energy, a reliable vehicle, and excitement to make kids smile. The role involves capturing genuine smiles and school memories, traveling to local schools to support picture day, and transporting, setting up, and taking down photography equipment. It also includes using photo software to organize images, building hands-on photography experience, and occasional overnight stays with hotel and per diem paid.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED (must be 18+)
A reliable, insured vehicle and valid U.S. driver’s license (use of public transportation is not permitted)
Willingness to start early (driving start times as early as 4 AM!) and occasional extended hours when travel is involved.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. of camera equipment
Ability to store camera equipment in home when not in use
A cheerful, friendly personality – especially around kids
Comfortable working in a school environment with children of all ages and abilities
Strong communication, customer service, and tech skills
Comfort working independently for smaller events after training
Comfortable working with computers / cameras and ability to learn new programs
Grooming and professional appearance that reflects Jostens’ standards
Reliable cell phone and internet access
Must reside in Jacksonville, FL or the surrounding Gainesville, FL area.

Benefits

Competitive Pay: $18-20 per hour
